Can you believe we are heading into the year 2023? I still remember when 1999 seemed a long way off. But I’m aging myself.
In addition to self reflection, spending time with loved ones and setting intentions for the new year, I also like to reflect on my business each year. That includes my team’s performance, area real estate statistics and which blogs caught my readers’ attention the most. With over 500 posts over a decade of writing, my blog is a staple for my real estate clients and lifestyle readers alike.
In 2022, we continued to climb out of the pandemic. We saw some shifts in the market, new developments taking shape, fraud and new trends like co-ownership.
