His parents relocated to Park City just before his 5th birthday. Justin attended Park City’s public schools and the University of Utah.

Raised on St. John in the US Virgin Islands, Dion understands the extraordinary lifestyle provided by a resort community. She grew up in the luxury development business and has a great eye for value.
