View our updated 2024 version of Park City’s unique dining experiences!
If you’ve gotten bored with the same old restaurant song and dance, Park City is the place for you. From fabulous brunches to outdoor dining, the possibilities are endless.
But if you’re looking to up-level your dining game into a dining experience, you’re really in for a treat. True to Park City fashion, these unique restaurants offer exquisite cuisine sprinkled with a pinch of adventure. Bon appétit!
Rime Raw Bar
One of the newest unique restaurants in Park City is located at the top of Deer Valley Resort’s Jordanelle Gondola. That makes this the perfect locale for those coming from our outer-lying towns with a $20 gondola ticket or those skiing at the resort. Above all, Rime features sustainably sourced seafood from ethically fished sources, beer, bubbles and wine. RimeRawBar.com
Snowed Inn Sleigh Company
A unique restaurant experience provided by Park City Mountain, Snowed Inn offers horse-drawn sleigh ride dinner on the mountain. Real cowboys, live music, warm blankets and (hopefully) fresh powder are included. SnowedInnSleigh.com
Fireside Dining
Get the feeling of being transported to the Alps when you dine at Fireside. Yet another classic Deer Valley experience, Fireside starts with an optional horse-drawn sleigh ride. Then, cozy up for the long haul as you partake in four delicious courses heated by the fireside. Start with the Raclette and finish with fondue. Other than the possibility of eating too much you really can’t go wrong. DeerValley.com
Viking Yurt
If you’re looking for a slow-paced dining adventure on the mountain, start with a snowcat driven sleigh ride to 8,700 foot elevation. Live music and a six-course meal in the intimate Viking Yurt will follow. And in the summer, the yurt can be reached from Park City’s Crescent lift and a short walk. TheVikingYurt.com
Silver Star Cafe
Whether you’re snow biking, snow shoeing or riding on dirt, it’s nice to end your adventure with some great dining. Silver Star Cafe is one of our favorite places to finish up a ride. Because of the scratch-made food, intimate setting and al fresco dining and music in the summer, this is truly one of Park City’s best unique restaurants. TheSilverStarCafe.com
The Colony Yurt
For a unique mid-mountain dining experience, try the Colony Yurt. They feature a rotating “yurt host” each season as the culinary provider. This year, the yurt host is Savory Kitchen. You’ll find a rotating menu of “modern interpretations of classic dishes”. With seating for 30 people, this is an intimate and unique restaurant experience open for lunch and dinner. TheColonyWPC.com
