Four Numbers to Know for November 2025 & December Events

In November, the local market begins to transition into the shoulder season, a period during which real estate activity typically moderates. In the Park City and Heber Valley markets, a majority of the activity was concentrated in the first two weeks of November, signaling the slowdown that is typical as we head into the holiday season. In the Jordanelle, activity increased — driven by rising interest in the expanding Deer Valley East Village, investment opportunities, and a diverse array of products available to purchase, from lock-and-leave condos to custom single-family homes, and nearly everything in between. The Kamas Valley recorded year-over-year growth in sales; however, this increase was concentrated in lower-priced segments, resulting in a median price notably lower than in prior years.
