What’s Next at SkyRidge?
Our team met with Patrick Howell, a member of the SkyRidge Sales Team, to get an update on the completion of the amenities. We toured the Equestrian Center, which is complete. The golf course and new driving range are complete and expected to open this Memorial Day weekend. The SkyRidge owners’ clubhouse will be complete and open Memorial Day weekend as well. Final Thoughts
We sold our first SkyRidge lot back in 2020 and it’s exciting to see this community mature and come into its own. My guess is that once all of the amenities are in full use, prices will rise.
