October 2025 by the Numbers
Typically, October serves as an off-ramp for the summer real estate market locally; however, activity continued to stay elevated with increases in inventory and properties going under contract. Although atypical, it follows the trend we observed in Q3, with much of the activity occurring on the backend. As the resort marketplace begins to heat up and interest rates decline, we may see a brief “shoulder season” before the winter market intensifies.
