Average list to sale price was 93%, which is slightly below the 94-95% we have seen all year. The highest priced home sold for $6.4 million and the lowest priced home sold for $85,000. Average sale price was $900,564. About 1/3 of the homes sold for over $1 million.
Prices in Jeremy Ranch seem to have softened as of late. Sellers who missed the summer selling season have lowered their prices making for some compelling deals. The Promontory homes all sold for between $1 million and $1.1 million, further depleting the inventory of bargains in that neighborhood.
The good news is that single family homes sold all over the Park City area and in all price points. If you are thinking about selling your home, there are buyers out there in spite of the doom and gloom we keep hearing in the media.
