The chart below shows the median home price for the last 10 years, according to the Park City Board of Realtors. I drew a line that shows what the median home price would be today at historic/normal 4% annual appreciation. We are only about 5% off. Remember, this is the median home price for our entire MLS area. Each neighborhood and home is unique. You can still find some fantastic values based on individual seller situations. For homeowners and sellers, this chart shows that if you purchased your property before 2005, you probably have equity.
