The Sun Peak community, located below the Olympic ski jump, includes the mostly full-time residential communities of Sun Peak and Mahogany Hills. Conveniently located on the west side of Park City’s entry corridor, the neighborhoods of Sun Peak and Bear Hollow offer both single-family homes, townhomes and condominiums. Amenities in both communities include clubhouse and pool access, in addition to being surrounded by the area’s impressive network of hiking and biking trails.

Nearby Kimball Junction is a hub of commercial activity, with restaurants, coffee shops, hotels, retail, a post office, a movie theater, and the Summit County Library — all within walking or biking distance of both neighborhoods. Sun Peak is located along the north end of Canyons Village, while Bear Hollow boasts proximity to the Utah Winter Sports Park. Owners at Bear Hollow Village enjoy the ability to rent their homes to vacation renters. The Cove at Sun Peak is a townhome community with nice views over the Silver Springs lakes. These townhomes can be rented to long-term renters, but vacation rentals are prohibited. Owners have use of the Sun Peak Community Center amenities.
