Bordered by Trails and Activities
The leafy streets of Silver Springs are quiet and flat, creating the quintessential neighborhood setting desired by many families. Connected neighborhoods include Silver Springs, Northshore, Southshore and Ranch Place. The Silver Springs master homeowners association offers two lakes for row boating or kayaking, tennis courts and private parks. There are both condominiums and single family homes in this area, some with excellent mountain views.
Located close to the soccer fields, tennis courts, playgrounds and off-leash area of Willow Creek Park, the neighborhood is bordered by the McLeod Creek Trail, which connects Kimball Junction to Park City municipal. Comprised mainly of single-family, primary residences — some of which back up to the 1,200-acre Swaner Nature Preserve — there also exist some town-home developments near Parley’s Park Elementary school.
