As Park City grows, we are seeing a trend of people moving from Park City towards nearby towns such as those in the Kamas Valley. The Kamas Valley comprises the towns of Kamas, Francis, Woodland, Oakley, Marion, Peoa and Samak. Each of these small towns exudes its own unique characteristics. The Kamas Valley is traditionally a ranching community with expansive valley views of the Wasatch. Known as the Gateway to the Uintas, access to Weber Canyon, Mirror Lake Highway and Wolf Creek Pass stem from here. With many recreational opportunities, parks and dining, the valley has a small town charm with excellent access. This is a mostly full-time area with neighborhoods including High Star Ranch, Wild Willow, Victory Ranch and those in the Weber Canyon.
