Exclusive Buyer Broker Agreement (BBA)
The Buyer Broker Agreement clarifies the fiduciary duties your agent and brokerage perform. It also clarifies the duties we do not perform, such as providing legal advice, tax advice, or advice about the physical condition of the properties we sell. The Buyer Broker Agreement also explains how we get paid for the services we provide. The Utah Division of Real Estate requires that this form is signed by buyers before we provide services to them.
